I have been bungee jumping and I have done a great deal of repelling with my heavy rescue work. However put me in a situation where I feel like there is a risk of falling (like on an extension ladder 20' up) and I will start shaking

It got into the bedroom and hid somewhere. I knew that as soon as I fell asleep it would start flying around again, and it did. It got into the bathroom. I went in, shut the door, removed the screen from the window, found the Thing on a wash cloth, and flipped the wash cloth around outside the window untl the little bastard let go.
