My sweet Maggie girl is gone.

My beloved girl, who you can see in my avatar, died at home this morning in my arms. She was almost 13 years old and had been suffering from a heart murmur and seizures for several months.

I shall miss her with all my heart--she saved my life, literally, the day she walked into my door 7 years ago.

Rest in peace, baby, Mommy will miss you so much . . . .

Maggie LOVED the sunnny spots. I used to tease her because she would get a red stripe down the middle of her back in the summer from sitting in the bedroom window in the afternoon sun. She didn't have much of a chance to work on her tan this year, maybe she and Tate can work on that together.
