I guess I'm more of a reader than a poster on there (kind of like I am on DU!) but I have racked up a decent number of "tweets" in the year and couple months I've been on.

Most of my posts are conversations between me and a few of my friends who are on there, along with the random inane observation about something or other- but I do post a little bit of political stuff.
