Smokey Peat and malt!

One of my absolute favorite aged stouts is one from Brewdog in Scotland, which uses Scotch Aging barrels to age stout in.

Let me just say that stuff is A-MAZE-ING!

Haven't smoked regularly since 2003

But I did try once in NOLA and found it to make me sick...

But I do remember sitting at the window, with a beer and a smoke, or a coffee and a smoke - contemplating the universe...
