5. Geiko sucks - screw their commercials

EVERYONE I've ever spoken to who had to file a claim with Geiko was flaming mad at the company and switched to a real insurance company immediately after the event.

I must admit to loving the brazen little British accented gecko with his puffed up ego caught in office space ... But the caveman's good too. Obviously the caveman's a fave here.

Little Richard, Joan Rivers, the guy from the Actor's Studio, all of them "helping" ordinary people tell their insurance stories....
I loved them best of all, I think the Gecko is cute, and I appreciate the funny intelligence of the Caveman commercials.... I "get' them, but they creep me out. I guess I ,too, am prejudiced against cavemen.
The eyeball commercials are useless. What, did they fire their agency? They're terrible.

35. None - I hate Geico, and mute or turn off all their commercials.

I called them once for a rate quote, found them to be hundreds of dollars higher than the insurance I had. The salesman said,"Well, it will be higher at first, but over time it will go down."
I said, no thanks.

Later, I found Geico had reported that they had DENIED me coverage, and I had a harder time finding new insurance because of my "bad" record.

Geico sucks.
