In the mid nineties I managed a sandwich shop owned by a married couple in their early 40s. At one point she started talking about wanting to get some kind of enhancement in the pectoral region, but he--being somewhat spendthrift--was reluctant to drop that kind of cash on elective surgery.

"Just get one done," he wisely suggested, "and if you like it you can get the other one."
