I've been quit smoking for 1 year today. It is the longest I have gone without
smoking in 28 years. I used the quitnet.com and champix. Worked like a charm.

1. Congratulations and Happy 1st Anniversary!!!
I smoked for 15 years and quit six months ago. I tried Chantix first, but it made me really sick. Eventually I just went "cold turkey" and decided it was time to give it up.

Quitting smoking was the hardest addiction I have ever had to conquer and I wish you the best of luck with your cessation!!

I knew that was the true end of days of my smoking...for sure..

Been over 5 years now.

6. It really works well. I found I didn't gain weight on chantix too. Not until 6 months later. So keep
an eye on what you are eating 6 months into your quit. Congrats and best wishes on your quit.
