What's for dinner, DU? --- Monday edition
We haven't decided our own menu -- this will be a catch-as-catch-can night. Tomatoes & basil will probably be part of it.

So what's everyone else having?

13. Salad and pea-corn-pasta.
pea-corn-pasta consists of frozen peas and corn, cooked and tossed into pasta with olive oil. It's our too-damned-lazy-to-come-up-with-dinner dinner.

Also drinking a PBR.

Baked potato salad, and some bow tie pasta with dill.

24. Too lazy to do anything serious,
so hot dogs - it's Vidalia season! - with brown mustard, green relish, lots of onions, and Tums.

Although, having just discovered the Mexican Sonoran hot dog, I think it's definitely in the future here. With more Tums............

25. There will be no vampires for miles around me
I made home made sourdough pizza with bannana peppers as a topping.

I made a loaf of bread from the dough left over (after I split for 4 hamburger buns).

For some reason the long loaf didn't rise so it ended up like a 14 inch breadstick.

Hmmm.. I thought. I do love that garlic dipping sause in Papa John's pizza.

I roasted 1/2 a bulb of garlic and added to the chopper with 3/4 a stick of melted butter. Chopped the crap out of it, then drizzled olive oil to try to do that emulsify stuff they do on TV. (it didn't do like on TV)

A little salt and pepper.

Mmmmmmm...

Garlic dipping sauce and pizza.
