3. It was close to 90 at 11pm in JAX last night
Sick of the heat and this town. The earliest we can move is in about 2 years.

5. Really? I actually like Jax a lot.
Frankly I'd rather live up there than in the southern part of the state, although don't get me wrong. I like South Florida too. There's a lot of unappreciated things to like about Jax. You just have to seek it out right.

13. lived here 25 years and the only good thing used to be the wages
Now that's gone. I wish all the dumb, racist rednecks would go with it too. Truck nutz and Bush/Cheney '04 sticker capital of the world. Yes, I actually saw a Bush/Cheney sticker on my way home today.

4. I love it. I know, I'm crazy.
But this heat and humidity doesn't bother me in the least. Give me the choice between this and some 12 degree snowday up north it's a no brainer. Heat--jump in the pool and splash around. Cold--desperately crouch in front of the nearest heat vent in the hopes you can regain feeling in your extremities. You tell me which one sounds like more fun. Of course it helps I have a pool in my backyard.

6. 85 at 7am this morning in St Lucie
Doesn't it seem like it's getting hotter sooner this year?? Yesterday it was 94 with a heat index of 104. We have a pool, and it's now 82 degrees. It's a little refreshing. It's gonna be one helluva summer
