6. I just realized

The last few times I've been to Delaware I had to pay a toll. A couple of times in Maryland crossing the Bay Bridge and once in Virginia crossing the Chesapeake Bay bridge tunnel. Maybe other states are jealous of Delawares awesomeness are trying to redirect traffic away from it.
