I am totally amazed by the swings in they way I feel when I wake up from day to day
One day, I wake up and I feel like I can get so much accomplished--and I do.

The next day, all I want to do is sit in front of the computer and drink coffee.

Yes, I've been battling some stress-related health issues, but I really feel like I've made a lot of progress in the last month. I've gotten more exercise, I'm better about my meds and vitamin supplements, and I've been spending as much time in the sun as possible. The best news is that lately, when I wake up w/ a headache, I can usually be rid of it pretty quickly.

The headaches do not seem to be the deciding factor in my daily ambition. Yesterday I woke w/ one, but got rid of it and accomplished quite a bit.

Today, I woke w/ one, it's gone, but all I can seem to muster any ambition about is going fishing (which I probably will do shortly).

It just amazes me.... that's all.

I think I hear the bass calling me... I best apply the insect repellent and get out there before someone else gets them.

1. listen to the bass, and enjoy the solitude of the boat.
I do not fish but the idea of being out on the lake early in the morning sounds nice.

I woke with a headache too. Mine is mostly because I ate a very light supper last night

Coffee is helping, slowly

I too have a lot to do today, including a little retail therapy

3. the beauty of fishing is that it is a meditative activity
when I'm fishing, I am not thinking about finances, my son's troubles, my job, or whether my house is clean.

the only two thoughts that come to mind are 1) it sure is nice out here, and 2) is that a tug on my line?

I don't have a boat, unfortunately. There are a few coves I can fish from land as long as I'm careful not to get my cast hung up in the trees.

if shopping is therapeutic for you, I could use another package of "Strike King" rubber worms. Seems these days the bass are biting on the red ones.

:hi: enjoy your day.

2. You know the expression, I'm sure...
Yesterday is a memory, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift.

Hope you enjoy your fishing!

I'm about to go riding... if my husband will get out of bed!!

5. i know we're not supposed to play doctor
but have you had your morning headaches diagnosed? mine turned out to be caused by sleep apnea, but they can be a signal of something serious.

6. it has been diagnosed
sleep bruxism... which is something I've always had a touch of, but lately, due to stress, it has become much, much worse. I even bit through a $500 mouth guard made by my dentist.

7. have you had
a complete workup? Bloodwork and everything?

That would be my suggestion. After years of "issues" - which I thought were "normal aging hormone-related" - I found out I had a pituitary adenoma which affected my hormones and my pituitary. (Heck, I went into "false menopause" for two years - and am now "peri-menopausal" AGAIN! aaaggghhhh!)

Not saying that that is your problem, of course, just that it could be something you don't ever realize is going on, ya know?

Hope you feel better soon.
