fellow beer drinkers, I need help
no not, that kind of "help", but I saw a story today that caused me concern

AP article: Teamsters foaming over ejection at Yuengling
http://unionreview.com/ap-article-teamsters-foaming-over-ejection-yuengling
At a glance
THE DISPUTE: The Teamsters say the owner of D.G. Yuengling & Son threatened to close the brewery unless workers decertified the union. Yuengling says its employees got rid of the union on their own.
THE RULING: The National Labor Relations Board sided with the brewery, saying it found no evidence that Dick Yuengling Jr. pressured employees to leave the Teamsters.
THE BOYCOTT: The Teamsters, backed by the Philadelphia council of the AFL-CIO, wants members to boycott Yuengling products. But so far, the boycott appears to have fallen flat.

What to do, what to do. Do I stop drinking Yuengling because of their Union busting?

I know, I know, I will probably stop drinking it...once I finish the case I have in the fridge. I'd hate to be wasteful and the store wont take back half of a 12 pack.

1. Drinking what you already bought won't help Yuengling..
if you drink it alone and don't give them any advertising by drinking in front of anyone else.

Throwing it away won't hurt Yuengling either, although to a slight extent it might help their competitors when you buy another brand sooner than you otherwise would have.

I say keep a couple at a time in the back of fridge, and buy something else to keep in the front of the fridge and share with friends.

2. Get good and trashed, then send them a nastygram
saying you won't buy their beer any more.

3. Remember how stupid the freeper-types looked when they poured out
the French wine they'd already paid for? Definitely drink what's in the fridge...

Is Yuengling actually good? I've never had it, but somewhere I picked up the impression that it was cheap beer that had regional-identity-appeal rather than tastes-good-appeal. Am I wrong?
