6. It has gone downhill since Stargate ended

I used to love watching Stargate and then Battlestar but Alantis was a joke. What they need to do is hire some decent writers and put most of the resources into to creating new and original series of quality .Eureka is all right but i think they really need something fressh.

I believe they also need to get rid of the stupid movies and Ghost Hunters. Maybe they could use old Trek (not just TNG), and really classic sci fi shows. Or give money to modern sci-fi authors to do mini series or have a talk show about sci fi/geek news

The next day, SciFi was bought by another company, and they apologized for a marketing tactic that used a false documentary to promote a film.

On a side note, if you have seen the movie signs, the water left all over the place by the girl was shown infront of a row of books.

And the aliens poisoning the minds of people is reflected in the tv.

To maintain and support my beliefs in non violence, the swinging of that bat in that clip is discussed earlier in the film, where Merril is said to "swing that bat like a lumberjack cutting down a tree." Just to make the point that it is not about violence in my choice of views.

14. Last year it was Poker everywhere, now it's wrestling.

I couldn't even turn on the Travel Channel without a poker tourney. Nothing wrong with poker, unless you just don't want to watch it but can't find a channel without it.
