last night that was brewed in early May. It is still a bit young but in two weeks it should be ready! Very consistent all the way to finish and it has a very nice amber colour to it. Now it just needs a little more carbonation and it will be stellar. That is the beer report for the day.
Once you go kegging, you never go back. The only, and I mean ONLY, downside is portability. But I get drunk on my porch typically so I don't have to worry about it.
portability will not be an issue for me either. I know somebody that does an October fest every year with 9-12 2-5 gallon barrels he brews up so it would bet it would not be difficult to get advice on it. Cheers!
I usually bottle a six pack for entry to the county fair. Otherwise it's kegged and I use a carbonator cap with a 2 liter soda bottle to take some to parties.
