I need to watch a "Goldie Hawn," tonight. Her Best?
I love her..and I want to get away from what I view as "seedy America" obsessed with Viagra/Hooter.....I want to get aaaaawaaaaayyyyy.

She and Streisand always cheer me up. I think because I'm a little of both of their characters they've played in my own real life....but with much of Ingrid Bergman, too.

Help me find a great comedy in the Hawn/Steisand mode? I don't need Ingrid's seriousness tonight...I want the "Fun Side?" And.......I want OLD....need communion with my "oldie" friends like Hawn/Streisand and not with "Hooters." :D

3. Private Benjamin is good, it all about Goldie
but if you want old school try Striesand in "What's Up Doc." I 100% love that movie, it still cracks me up.

It's the movie that brought Kurt and Goldi together. Funny and sweet.

9. While I love Butterflys
I really love it because Goldie does half the show in her undies. as far as best picture, it has to be overboard. One of the few movies I don't mind seeing several times. Sort of like Dr. Zivago.

15. "Death Becomes Her"
Of course, given your story here, she does utter one line in the middle that might turn you off... But ignore that line, the movie is a laugh riot! Also has Meryl Streep in it... It's also Bruce Willis playing something other than a boring action hero...

19. My wife hosted Goldie at a big meeting in NYC (Bell Atlantic)
That was about five years ago. That was one of the few business meetings that my wife (a high-powered industrial psychologist) attended that I wanted to tag-along. God, I love Goldie!

it's pretty cool to see all the future stars who played high school players in "Wildcats" -- Woody, Wesley, and others that escape my memory...
