1. Nice, big kitty you have!
What's in the corner of her/his right eye?

2. "Goop"
She gets these minor eye irritations from time to time. They come and go, but it's nothing serious. I kind of suspect she has allergies, since she gets that stuff in the spring, when I start sneezing!

brianna is a big girl. We suspect she's part Maine Coon. She's got a long frame, double paws, bushy tail, a "mane", and she has the chatty, goofy Maine Coon temperament. She's abig mushball, too' loves to climb into the bed with us on cold nights.

3. I get itchy eyes, too. I worked as a health tech at an elementary school and
after recess in late spring the kids would come running to the nurse's office complaining of itchy eyes. I'd have them splash water into their eyes at the bathroom sink (we had an eyewashing station but the water was too cold!) When my eyes itch I think pollen is trapped on my eyelashes and is drifting into my eyes, so I rinse them and then they feel fine.
Does Brianna like to have her eyelids wiped with a damp tissue? My dog loves it, I think it reminds her of being cleaned as a puppy by her mom.
I had a wonderful very large tabby boy in the 70s-80s. Someday I'd like to have a Maine Coon or MC mix.

4. She doesn't like me touching her eyes
She makes a fussy little whine and starts to squiggle when I clean her up. On the other hand, she loves to be brushed. She's got that thick coat, so i suspect that a good brushing feels pretty good!

5. it's easier if you use a Kleenex I find
She's thinking "why does he think I'm gonna let him clean my eye with his filthy old finger? I have NEVER seem him lick those things clean or any other part of himself. Sheesh."
