Update on my friend.........
Last week I posted that a good friend of mine was diagnosed w/ breast cancer and I was duly flipped out.

I finally heard from her and her husband last night and found out that the tumor is very small and is very localized. He didn't go into too much detail, but he did say that she will be starting chemo today and that since its such a small thing, the treatments shouldn't treat her too badly. He said that they felt like they dodged a huge bullet, and I have to agree.

So thanks again DU for all the good wishes.

I have a dear friend who caught her breast cancer early and has been cancer free since 2002. :hug:
