2. Why would anyone rehash a dumb prank done by Howard Stern 15 years ago
He too flew down from the rafters with his bum exposed. Of course he was actually able to land properly

4. To make that homophobe Eminem go into a tizzy
I think it was hilarious. Eminem is such a tool.

7. That is exactly what I think.
I posted that on another thread. That picture of him getting teabagged is going to go viral if it hasn't already. His expression is priceless.

Hell, he couldn't handle the dog, who was quoted today as saying "I sat on Eminem's face long before Sasha!" (Or something to that effect; it's on the MTV website)

8. Yep, Eminem is an easy target
He's a homophobe, and he gets pissed off real fast. Somebody finally got him back good, after the homophobic crap he pulled with Moby a few years ago. Moby isn't even gay.

12. I can't wait to hear the next song Eminem does. I am sure he will
have some lovely things to sing about Bruno! :eyes: He can dish it out in his songs... I do wonder if he was in on it. Doesn't seem as though he was, but you can never tell.

14. He was also mic'd so they could hear his comments as he walked off
An article I read commented on that which means that the guy was aware that something was going to happen.

18. someone like eminem lives in a world very few of us could relate to
his talent may or may not be questionable, but it certainly takes drive, determination, and a dedicated team to reach the highest levels of the entertainment world. a multi-platinum artist is surrounded by teams of handlers, marketing and PR types, and constant reinforcement that they are the greatest thing ever.

don't think for one minute that the manufactured publicity stunt that was susan boyle hasn't been noticed by marketing types everywhere. in fact, viral marketing has been well developed for quite some time.

they just know how to use it better now.

5. artist security issues are a paramount consideration at public appearances
it was staged.

it's a marketing ploy to produce viral video. eminem just released a new album.

1 + 1 = millions of youtube hits. this generates interest in the artist's new offering.

16. Absolutely, datasuspect
Staged, probably rehearsed by all parties. Imagine the law suit if Eminem had been kicked in the face accidently, with out signing a release for the stunt.

It's 'entertainment', guys.

6. I'd love to see the whole world do that to that fucking artless self-obsessed jackass pissfucker.
Eminem - walking pile of turd is all he is.

He deserves to be insulted and scorned.

Maybe this will be the last time he shows his irrelevant, ignorant face in public.

10. wow - no sense of humor, eh?
Eminem rips on all types of people in his videos but as soon as the joke is on him, he gets up and leaves like a little punk. What a dork.

I assumed it was all a setup, like when they did the same goddam thing to him with that insulting puppet dog. Sure got a lot of pub. And I bet he sold a couple records, too. Why not try it again?
