Anyone see Drag Me To Hell?
I was beginning to think 2009 was going to be completely worthless until I read Sam Raimi was returning to the horror genre. When I went to see Star Trek: Geek Orgy 2009 I saw a trailer for Drag Me To Hell and I was instantly sold. Unfortunately, I was busy making sweet, sweet music this weekend so I didn't get a chance to see it. Did anyone else? I'm hoping the Sam Raimi who made Evil Dead showed up to make this film, not the Sam Raimi who bored the shit out of me with Spiderman and some shitfest about baseball a few years back.

2. Dammit
What the hell is wrong with Sam Raimi? Direct one comic book franchise, and your credibility goes to complete shit.

I might have to wait for dvd/bit torrent on this one.

4. Dont get excited over a PG 13 horror movie.

5. For real
It wasn't so bad when PG-13 was for movies that were too "hard" for PG. But once the execs figured out that that's where the money is, they started softening R movies to get the lighter rating.

That's when they started to suck.

9. Patrick Stewart must have been desperate for work in those days
But who'd have thought that a naked space-vampire movie would get him one step closer to the Captain's Chair?

Sheena oh Sheena, where are you now?

Heck, even Clash of the Titans had boobies and a heiney. It's amazing that the nation survived such PG-rated decadence!

13. My daughter saw it friday, she said it was great.
She said it was alternately hilarious and scary as shit, which is Raimi's trademark.

15. Yep, that sums it up.
Great fun movie. Be sure and see it when the teeny boppers are out in full force, their screams are a lot of the fun.
