The Turks have attacked a Bedouin village and massacred all the people. The Bedouins with Lawrence are of course hot for revenge. Ali begs him to stay on the march. One of the men lived in the village and rides out anyway. He's killed and another man hissed "No prisoners". Lawrence is caught up in the blood lust, shouts "No prisoners!", off they all go and everything goes to bloody brutal hell.

If you've seen Animal House, Bluto repeats it during the parade chaos.
