1. I just started watching Cosmos again.
I got up to episode 4 before my first harddrive crash. Then I found them again, downloaded them... and then had another computer crash. Thankfully this time they were on a drive that didn't die, so now that my computer's working again I'm up to episode 7. :)

5. The version I found is interesting
there are little snippets that he added in afterwards, but obviously before his death, where he added in some discoveries and whatnot that had been made since the original filming.

2. Damn. And here I thought you were talking about Hyapatia Lee.
What can I say? I'm a devotee of 80s and 90s adult cinema.

8. I must confess that's who I also thought of...
despite being aware of the historical Hypatia.
I am quite the fan. I collect both her work and signed memorabalia. Latest score was a signed copy of her memoir that I bought from her (or her husband) on Ebay last year.

9. I met Brittany O'Connell a few years ago in a former job of mine.
(Not her real name, of course.) She was actually at the local PD to get a permit to park her RV overnight on the street in front of her house. I had to play it low-key, so I simply remarked that I knew and admired her "body of work". I got some pretty hot flirtation and an autograph out of it.
