I can't seem to get enough.

It was a standard 3-tier stacked spice cake with Irish Whisky Buttercream decorated with a fondant ribbon around the bottom of each layer and Celtic trinity knots.

5. I love watching all the Challenges --
the chocolate, the sugar, the fruit, the cakes -- it really is fascinating. I really appreciate the skill and artistry that takes place. The cakes are sure fun to look at -- I wouldn't want to eat any of them (a mouth full of fondant? no thanks!) - but they are certainly eye candy. The gal from Citizen Cake here in SF is always doing these bizarre creations that totally confound the judges -- I appreciate that she it trying to push the cake envelope.

I love the recipe challenges, but have no interest in the cake decorating.

People don't even use FROSTING anymore.
