MS word question.
I am using a new computer at my office. It's a mac with MS word. For some reason the cursor disappears when I start typing and to get it back, I have to click on page or press an arrow. It won't stay put and blink while I go check on my notes. Is there any way to change the settings to bring it back. I know it sounds minor, but this is annoying as hell. Especially when outlining stuff.

1. i'm looking...I think there is...
my cursor is blinking...

let me see if I can find it...I don't think I'm imagining that I've seen that setting in Word.

5. I was looking for the cursor commands and only found one
If you click on the "ribbon" button (as if you were going to start a new document) at the bottom there is a square labeled "Word Options." Then down to the left there are a few choices. If you click "Advanced" You'll get a bunch of choices on the right. I have "Use smart cursoring" checked, and it's fine for me.

The other thing you might want to check is the mouse settings in your Control Panel (though I would think this would be an issue if you had the problem with all your programs and not just MS Word).
