My brother had a good scare today.
I just got off the phone with him,he had a chimney fire. His wife and 2 older daughters are gone for the day,so he was home with the two little ones.

The house started filling with smoke and he quickly rounded up the kids. Firetruck comes and puts it out,no problem. But those first few seconds when the smoke hit,he couldn't find the kids. He still sounds rattled, but the house is fine.

Little Richard (he's three) ,who barely says "hi" on the phone wanted to talk to me "Firemen are nice, firetrucks are good, daddy was scared,I was scared,I'm still scared, where's mom, where are my sisters, can you come over?" My brother says Richard is sticking to him like glue, the niece is taking it all in stride.
