Well..by law first timer.We had an old trailer here on our property but it was listed as personal property and not real estate so we get the first time buyer stuff :)

What we bought was a BIG double wide 32 by 74...the total cost if we pay the loan straight up is 197k..cash out is 84k

They are giving SO MUCH to get you to buy.Got a heat pump and they are paying all set up including underpinning.3/4 plywood subfloors.Granite base fireplace.VERY nice.
Anderson French doors.all Anderson doublepane thermal windows..Just an amazing deal.

The wife likes the sunken tub and the hardwood floors..I like the 8k I'm gonna get to spend on beer :)
