I just tried accupuncture today!
I had my first session today. Getting stuck in sensitive areas with about 20 or so needles isn't my idea of fun, but it has really has helped my sciatica pain in ways that the other treatments haven't!

Plus, I got a massage-and-stretch session before and after. That way I won't lose flexibilty before I can get back to skating!

1. Hope it works for you!
I've done accupuncture too. I didn't find it painful at all, I just hated having to lay flat on my back for 20 minutes. Made me a little antsy
