Sinus crap! My cheeks, temples and forehead are killing me. Just pounding.

Then put a hot as you can handle washcloth on your face.

5. Actually I took some of that. I would have been better off just eating

10. Unfortunately, they took the REAL Tylenol Sinus off the market

when drug paranoia hit the OTC market, because it contained pseudoephedrine. It's still available in other countries, but not here, not even if you sign for it. As a sinus headache sufferer, I'm seriously annoyed.

As a result, I resort to these methods: Regular extra-strength Tylenol (which doesn't work for everyone), strong coffee, a hot shower, and food spicy enough to make my nose run.
