Do you use Wii Fit?

How does it work for you? Do you enjoy it? Do you do all the exercises (strength, balance, yoga, aerobics)?

I started using it on Tuesday. My feet KILL so the amount of time I can spend standing is, unfortunately, limited. But I'm enjoying it.

1. I don't,

but only because I don't want to spend the money on one right now. However, my neighbor has one and LOVES it. She says she looks forward to exercising ... and she looks great! :bounce:

2. My whole family uses it and we love it.

It's extra good on rainy days when we can't go outside and play with our kids.

Beware though - it is brutally honest about BMI, weight and such. The little board will dress you down harshly if it senses you slipping. :)

6. We used it a lot during the winter. It's really fun.

It was a lot harder than I expected... or I am in worse shape than I imagined.

I would rather be outside exercising now though.

Past the first few days when I got it for Christmas. I do plan to pick it up again over the summer when I start a new life schedule.

I did it faithfully nearly every day for a month. It's fun. I do the games mostly. I haven't been on it for awhile though - just too many things going on right now. And a toddler who likes to 'help'. lol. Just try the meditating/zen one with a little one trying to get your attention. lmbo.

I am just getting back into it. I have used it 9 of the past 11 days.

I mainly do aerobics and balance games. I want to add strength and yoga as I am feeling more capable (I still feel a bit too wobbly to move on to the other stuff).

I love the free step. I put on my B-52s CD and go for 20 minute, sweating like a pig.

I'd be more inclinded to use it in the winter, I think. Right now, we're getting to the point that I want to be outside. :-)
