17. I'm a huge fan, but I'd never consider it a one-ingredient food.
I make my own dry rubs for my steaks, but at the very least you gotta have some steak sauce or something.

I'm not much for commercial steak sauces or rubs though. Generally all I use is salt and pepper.

I know cheese has more than 1 ingredient in it, but it is a single food. And it is the yummiest!!!!!

If I were picking fruits, veggies or meat, I would go with a potato. I can eat them raw. Of course I do salt them up!
