But the pollen here is outrageous!!! My driveway and car look like someone colored it with yellow sidewalk chalk!

bought some Tylenol Cold daytime/nighttime and she accidentally took the nighttime! Oops!

3. Have you tried using a neti pot?

CVS sells them as Sinus Rinse kits for about $11.99. These consist of a small plastic pot that looks like an Aladdin's lamp, and some packets of saline solution mix.

You dump a packet in the neti pot, add lukewarm water, mix and insert the spout of the pot into one nostril. You just let half the mixture flow in, and it drips out the other nostril. Then insert the spout in the other nostril and repeat. It sounds weird, but it's not painful or anything.

I've been using one since January and it is amazing. Even though members of my family have had some nasty colds, I haven't caught any. And my spring tree pollen allergies haven't bothered me so far. I also use Flonase and an inhaler from mid-January until the end of April.
