1. I would have to have about 500 maids or something.
I can't hardly keep my little ole house clean.

2. That's more like a hotel.
Or an apartment complex.

I'd want a whole lot of other people living there too, if I had to live there.

4. Looks like a hospital to me.
And there's only one pool. I'd have to have another pool. (Maybe there's one in the basement.

7. Yeah, it does.
An indoor pool would be sweet... especially if it had a current channel and a a vortex and a slide.

3. No thanks.
I bet there are rooms people wouldn't use or even walk into all year in a house that size.

8. it looks like a retirement home for the wealthy.
or maybe an insane asylum for the wealthy.

Anyhow the utilities bills for that place would be more than we make in a year.

10. The houses that really appeal to me are well-kept small, older homes.
There is one in my neighborhood that is just adorable. A simple little 1920s blue bungalow with a great big front porch and a simple yard of grass and trees with a few flowers.

12. I see there's only a 3-car garage.
If I've got $150 million for a residence, I'm going to need a parking garage for my exotica.

15. You could go to the bathroom in any room you wanted
and probably never find that room again.
