Dogbert calls the guy a "fiduciary bag" - feh-DOUCHE-ee-airy BAG. The context makes it clear that the reference was intentional. I love when cartoonists get away with stuff like that. The Pickles Sunday comic a few weeks back did something similar. The old man replies "in a few secs" to a request and the old woman goes on a rant about "waiting for secs". It ends with him falling over laughing and she's clueless about what she was saying.
