Such a sad story. I feel so horrible for her family and what they're going through.

somehow her death has struck a chord with me -- I have no explanation, but perhaps it's just the one minute you're OK, and then you're not. I don't know. Just sad.

Maybe because she seemed so nice, and was so NOT a fame whore... and, she was just doing something ordinary and not dangerous in and of itself. As I posted last night, I have taken bad spills trailrunning, bike riding, whacked my head on the joists in the crawlspace. One minute she was laughing with her kids, an hour later she had taken a step into the ether.

I've been quite down about this all day.
