2. It's gonna rain.

My knees have been hurting today too, plus my TMJ is acting up. I yawned earlier and thought I was going to die from the intense pain alone. It shot all the way up through my ears. Now, my ears are hurting too.

It's gonna rain. Nevermind what the meteorologists say. It's gonna rain. I know.

3. Did you hurt it somehow or is it a random thing?
 Mine's acting up too. We've had rain all weekend and I feel all sore and achy.

6. Well, maybe ice first
I should have iced my knees yesterday, worked out on the beach for the first time since last fall. Running in sand. Achy achy.

I like icy hot, bengay, all that stuff before i play, to warm up and reduce pain during an activity. But I dont know how much it helps reduce inflamation.
