Well, there really was only one person who truly understood me... and she is gone.

Seriously, I can talk about anything. ANYTHING! Let's talk, put it to rest, move on, finished business. But if I have reason to believe someone is pulling me into some drama nonsense, I'll choose my words very carefully, and make my choices wisely.

It's okay to feel sorry for yourself, for a while. Just put a time limit on it. I do that sometimes.
