I forgot to go to the liquor store tonight!
How am I supposed to unwind on a Friday night with nothing but water and orange juice? :(

This is why liquor stores should stay open until 1 am, just like the bars. :eyes:

The only reason I watch the show is because of Brian and Stewie. But lately, whenever the show comes on, I usually fall asleep on the couch.

11. My local grocery store
has a Liquor store separate from it and outside the Liquor store is a sign that says "Liquor Entrance". I'm starting to think that I am the only one that thinks that is funny. I'm so juvenile.

23. Stop whining.

The last time I went in the U.S I couldn't believe what I saw!Vodka,Rum,Whiskey in supermarkets!

Over here you have to go to Government liquor stores to get anything

stronger than whine. And the closest damn Government liquor store from where I live is closed

because the employees tried to join an Union.

But I more than agree with you:Why liquor stores don't stay open 24/7 ?

What ? Give me a single good reason why not.

If someone wants to drink 24/7 and 365 days a year then he/she stocks

booze and that's it.What's the point of closing liquor stores ?

PS:"liquor stores should stay open until 1 am, just like the bars"

WTF ? Bars close at 1 am where you live ?

25. I haven't seen any vodka, rum, and whisky in any supermarkets.
And yes, bars close at 1 am around here. I know in some places they close at 2 am. Too early. Sometimes the party is just getting started at that time.

29. Sorry.Maybe not supermarket...
I know that laws vary from states to states but in 1992 we had hour last family vacation

and we cruised around New England.I remember that in Wells,Maine (Not far from Kennebunkport where

Chimp Senior was living) we went to a big store, something like a Wall Mart or something and

they had Liquors at incredibly low prices.(Over here it's really taxed to the max).

Anyway I was very surprised.

30. Depends on the state.
We got hard liquor in supermarkets in Illinois. We also have liquor stores that stay open til 2 or so.

Now, Virginia--that's like Canada. State-run "ABC" stores that are only open 9-to-5. Damn redneck communists.

Even as a kid, I remember even the nearest one to my little podunk town was clean and strict and intimidating, like an airport.

No wonder people still make moonshine.
