Do they still make toilet paper in colors?
I pondered this as I was blowing my nose with tp and noticed that there were fancy hearts stamped all over the paper (I really don't know why this is necessary, but whatever)....and I realized that I haven't seen toilet paper in pink and blue in years.

4. Haha!
My mom had this knit doll made by my grandmother sitting over a toilet paper roll. It was pink as I recall.

11. Oh thanks for telling me.
I thought I was the only person around here who would remember those things. :)

I think my grandmother was cranking those things out like crazy. She was a great and very fast knitter. I still have four of her throws and use them all the time.

3. My boss found some Green
it resembled green crepe paper rather precicely. And it seemed to cause a certain.. irritation. It was rather unpleasant. But it was colored.

I guess that's another reason tp is wihtout color, probably lots of hineys don't like the dyes in the pink/blue ones.

8. we are not sure what the deal was with that stuff
but a certain portion of our employees took to bringing their own tp to work until that stuff was used up.

Camo so you wouldn't be seen, and bright red to you would.

10. wow! lol...I would think a bright full moon would be more noticeable than the tp
the red would be good to wave away hunters who are getting uncomfortably close

15. One of the little towns on the way to my in-laws has a sign out front
Advertising "Camo baby clothes!" It's been up for at least two years.

I keep wondering if you put camo on your baby and it wanders off, how will you ever find it?

20. hopefully they make the bright orange vests for the babies to go along with the camo
when my kid was a baby I had bought a camo onesie type suit, it was on sale for 70% off at the time, so why not...I got ribbed about that. she just wore it around the house.

16. You know...
I always wondered why they bothered to print fancy hearts stamped all over the paper or on another

topic put bears and cute characters on diapers. This is totally useless! You pay more for

the same shit ! I don't get it.I guess I'm a bad,bad consumer...

And Watabout Lemon sent for dish soap, for example? Argh!

19. good point, that is what I thought when I noticed the hearts stamped on the paper
I have bought the same brand for years and just now noticed this, maybe people are into designer tp to blow their nose, I guess at the time the look of the product was not my main concern haha.

I use some cheap lemon dish soap currently to clean the litter boxes, I guess the strong eau de lemon helps make the chore a little easier.

22. I haven't seen any for years., notice also it is no longer perfumed. That was
another marketing tool gone sour.

Many women found they developed contact dermatitis from the dyes and scents, and started only buying white and unscented ..

25. Glad it's gone. Skin irritation where you least need it plus all the dye flushing into the sewers.
