I should really take my shower before I even MAKE the coffee; I am so much more human after I shower.

Back when I had a shower massage, I would use the pulse and massage on the back of my neck and shoulders when I would be battling a severe headache.

Thankfully I don't have those very often any more.

But I still love a good hot shower.
