You may be looking for this: "Yo creo que tú fuiste unica que besarme a la medianoche." "I think you were the only one to kiss me at midnight."

And "the only one" in this case is feminine, being addressed to a female. If it were masculine it would be "EL unico," still being the same (non-gender) in English, "the only one."

Plus, the whole thought should be:

Yo creo que tu fuiste la unica que me beso a la medianoche.



With accents on the "u" in "unica" and on the "o" in "beso." (I don't know how to type the accents here.
