I found my portable four-track (packed away during move), and I may have to make sure it still works.

Either that, or I just got a new box set of MST3K movies I may have to break into.

He comes through my house from his apartment....his steps are out back, and are worse.

30. I could have gone to a party

the girls were going to drink and play cards but I just didn't feel like going out. I vacuumed some cat hair and mopped the kitchen floor and now I feel better. Sometimes it takes me all day to launch a cleaning project.

31. Ali and I went to a Star Party at Griffith Park Observatory.

Got to look through a bunch of scopes. Ali and Balise waited in line to see through the "house scope" a monster refractor. I meet John Dobson, a pretty famous guy in the amateur telescope scene. Towards nine O'clock Saturn rose and I got a look at the rings.. Geeky-Cool!!!

We talked the 11yo into babysitting the 5yo downstairs for $5. Mrs. OBD and I went upstairs and watched "Charlie Wilson's War", which I've been trying to see for a year.
