3. I don't know. It's been plenty cold here.

I don't even watch the weather forecast anymore. I just assume it's going to suck, then I'm pleasantly surprised if it doesn't.

According to the theory - the inland areas get colder, the costal areas get warmer...that is until the jet streams shift...

And then no one knows what will happen...
