I have been abnormally pissed off all day

Yesterday we were very specifically told that we will follow the Federal govt closing/late delay. A second email went out with a link where to check if the govt was closed. I'm supposed to be in early, usually I'm the one to turn on the lights. So I'm up at 6 and at my desk by 7:30. Because of the ice I was a little late,k 7:45. I open my email and HR has sent out a message at 7:42 that we will open 2 hours late today. The only people who haven't left home at that point are the head of HR, my boss and maybe 2 other stragglers.
I shouldn't let it bother me this much but it pisses me off that she got up looked out the window and them made the call that she didn't fucking want to drive in the ice. Plus she never even made it in at all today, neither did my boss for the third day in a row. Wish I could blow off work when I fucking felt like it. My email that some of us are in early and could have used the info in a more timely manner was met with a "Gee how can you drive in that weather". BECAUSE I FUCKING HAVE TO, ASSHOLE!!!

Had to vent, my blood pressure has been off the chart. I'm going to go make another margarita now.
