Movie buffs---what's the name of this church from Shadow of a Doubt
filmed in Santa Rosa, CA 1943. I can't find it. Thanks.

In the movie, it's in the background. If you haven't seen the movie, see it because it's very good. I went to the house where it was filmed. It's still standing but the back porch area was a movie set since the real house never had it.

Director Alfred Hitchcock talking to writer Thornton Wilder (unseen) as they hunt for a church in the town of Santa Rosa to be used in a scene for the motion picture "Shadow of a Doubt."

Hitchcock's personal favorite, filmed at Santa Rosa Railroad Depot, NWP Engine #140, Old Courthouse Square, Public Library, and McDonald Avenue.
