I'm not sure if they have his cell or home number. I know his name and where he lives, so I did a white pages search and called the guy...he said he is getting a ton of calls and it is not the right number.

I'm not sure of Skinner's policy here....

There are crew lists from both boats on the link, Parche's sub number was from WWII, a later sub with same name and different number was retired in 2004.
