Questions that I can't answer about the movie "March of the Penguins"

For starters, dude, can't those emperor penguins just move to the southern tip of Argentina or Chile? I understand they're excellent swimmers, and they won't have to worry so much about losing eggs to frostbite.

Don't they have at least one dancing penguin like that guy in Happy Feet to get the attention of National Geographic or something?
