1. A pound of ground beef...

...a pound of ground turkey

one beaten egg...a couple of shredded slices of whole wheat bread...a packet of Lipton onion soup mix....some ketchup, Worstershire, and water.

Works every time.

2. yeah i used ground turkey

cause it's $1.49 a pound a ground beef is $2.89 a pound. There's no tangible difference, no textural or gastronomical difference.

i put some other stuff in but that's secret!
