was found outside a mcdonalds in alexandria va asking for change so that he could get a couple of sausage mcmuffins. he was saying that if he ate unhealthy, he could go possibly get admitted to a hospital and get someone to wash and feed him like he was used to the last 8 years. he is 67 years old.
