she called some of her goofy friends and after 20 minutes of trying to get the car into neutral, they got it pushed back and I talked the through connecting the cables to jump it. The glass guy came back a third time and it's all back to normal. Okay, normal's relative. ;)

I want to apologize. When I called, it completely escaped me that it would be impossible to help. I'm sorry.
