Not only did I go out tonight, I went over to Naomi's. Right when we (Rich, Adam, and I) showed up - just as I'd predicted - Kate and Liz were sharing a taxi back home. Jesus.... yeah.... what fucking good was that? The entire point of the night totally wasted right there. FUCK!!!!! At least I could have cornered one of them, you'd think!!! UGH!!! So, then, just before Naomi kicks me out, I'm bitching about Kate, and she's all "Well, Kate's friends with Liz, what do you think she heard?", and I'm all "Well, I don't fucking know what she heard, because I don't fucking trust Liz's recounting of events", you know??!?! Surgery creeps me out! I've never had any surgery in my life. Even the prospect of having my wisdom teeth removed creeps me out.

I'm a bit worried about a friend of mine who had a serious surgery last month - I talked to him since he was out of the hospital, but then I was away from the computer for a few weeks (he lives 8 time zones away), and I haven't heard from him, even after I gave him a call the other day. I really hope nothing went wrong, but I'm afraid that maybe it did :( he's had bad luck with his medical problems.

I wasn't actually close to that nurse, but to my lovely US nurse..... oh, man... that's a million other stories. She is someone I've found, but lives in Detroit.

I'm just through with long distance relationships, so I don't know what I'll do about this one.... damn space-time continuum.

I really do have to have my wisdom teeth removed, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do about it. The idea of being awake for it really creeps me out, but a friend of mine was telling me that being knocked-out for it would be stupid, because there's always a risk with that, and it's not needed for something so minor.

About the long distance thing.... I'm an expert at making it work for years and eventually totally fucking it up. I've mostly only had long-distance relationships. I don't even know what it would be like to actually live in the same place as a girlfriend of mine. Maybe I'll find out soon? Who knows.
