1. Yup
with tiny particles of apricot seed.

And can be used all over the body.

3. I used to think it was apricot seed (or pit), too...
... but it's not, it's ground walnut shells.

Neat, huh?

I've had really bad acne for years, and finally I can walk around most of the time with clear skin, thanks to using this stuff at least once a day.

I use one of these 2, usually the medicated:

5. I'm an old man & I love the stuff
Sometimes you need to exfoliate, especially in summer. Really makes your face feel clean, especially around the forehead and nose which sometimes get kinda sticky feeling. Highly recommended.

6. I use St. Ives essential moisturizer
with collagen-elastin - great stuff too. I'll have to pick up some scrub.

7. The MEDICATED apricot scrub by them is even BETTER for those
of us with VERY WELL LUBRICATED (read oily) skin.

I've been using it for a couple weeks now to huge success, definitely cleaning and clearing up things a tad, and my skin is far more "polished".

I miss the Freeman line though. The rat bastards were bought by Colgate Palmolive, never to be seen again.

9. Don't use it daily
hard abrasives can cause little tiny scratches in your skin and ultimately do more damage than not exfoliating would.

But, at least St. Ives doesn't test on animals :-)

10. *shrug* .. if I don't use it daily...
... I break out horribly. If I miss just one day, I'll be breaking out for the next 2 or 3 weeks. And trust me, my acne has done much more damage to my skin than any exfoliant is likely to do.

I've been to 2 different dermatologists in my life... and both have tried various treatments. I never found anything that worked 'til I discovered this Apricot Scrub... and used it daily.
